Our Safari begins August 10 and concludes on August 30
Sign-up begins August 1st
Your safari work:
- Spend 10 minutes a day in a solitude practice.
- Read or listen to audio book: Invitation to Solitude and Silence by Ruth Haley Barton (135 pages).
- Post answers to questions about your experience of solitude and silence.
- Engage with other members of our group by responding to their posts.
Other optional additions may be:
- 2 or 3 Zoom conversations for connection and support.
- Office hours on Facebook live.
Cost:
Workshop is free. You need to acquire your own guide book.
