
Invitation to Join 2018 Lenten Challenge
The Challenge: Make a prayer list of 100 things you love.
When: February 14 – Ash Wednesday through April 1 – Easter 
When my daughters tell me about things they love, I listen.
When we tell God about things we love, God listens.
Benefits of taking on this challenge:

We will be changing the structure of our brains to create greater capacity for well-being.
What we think about changes our brain. Think about worries and we build the brain’s capacity for worry. Think about love and we build the brain’s capacity for love. This change can now be measured in brain imaging devices. -
Our connection with God and our prayer life will be expanded. For many of us this will be a new type of prayer list and a new way to pray.

We will boost our happiness and well-being.

Our increased happiness/well-being will spread to those around
us. Happiness is socially contagious. Research in social psychology supports the benefits experienced by others when we become happier.
